Onion fried potatoes
* ingredients :
° 4 tablespoons of butter
°2 large potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
° ½ onion, diced
°2 minced garlic cloves
°1 1/2 tablespoons of butter
* directions :
Melt 4 1/2 tablespoons of the butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the potatoes, you will see, until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons butter in another skillet over heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to cook until the garlic is lightly browned, 5 to 10 more minutes. My heart mix onions with potatoes.
Cook and stir potatoes and onions until potatoes are tender, about 10 more minutes.
